The WinShape College Program (WCP) is for students desiring to understand God's mission in the world and their respective roles in His mission. Focusing on discipleship, community and leadership, WCP encourages students toward their God-designed calling and emphasizes that integration with day-to-day living. Students rarely have a predetermined major and often stray from this major after graduation, but WCP believes that with proper training and Biblical guidance, the student will be able to succeed and lead in any area to which God calls them.

About 110 students are currently enrolled in the program. These students attend Berry College and, aside from lodging and receiving a joint scholarship from WinShape and Berry College, WCP participants are "normal" Berry students.
