Welcome to WinShape International!

WinShape International is WinShape Foundation’s newest program to reach out and equip motivated young adults to become Christian leaders within their own cultures.

Our mission is to mobilize leaders to transform young people and communities around the world.

We will work side by side with others in the Chick-fil-A family, as well as leaders in communities around the world, to pursue projects that are sustainable, reproducible, measurable and beneficial over a long period of time. The WSI Staff will be there from the beginning to the end of each project, offering support and connecting project participants.

Our commitment is to identify young people who will be the leaders of tomorrow, give them the training that will equip them and help them reach their long-term potential.
