Following the established WinShape pattern that includes fun, adventure, and plenty of rest, our newest Signature Series program is designed to help couples go deeper.  Many people long for a life they can fully engage in, wholeheartedly making the most of every moment, experiencing authentic connected relationships.  The teaching time in Going Deep will focus on understanding ‘who you are’, determining how to express your gifting in your most important relationships, and creating a process that allows you to live wholeheartedly.

Getting Physical
Healthy people have healthy relationships. While that statement is true, the real question is “what does health look like and how do you achieve it in this fast-food, fast-paced world?” Total wellness (being emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically healthy) is attainable. The Health and Wellness Retreat is designed to train couples in each of the four key areas of wellness. In addition to slowing down to learn important relational principles, you will experience what it takes to make healthy lifestyle decisions in your eating and exercising habits. Prepare to Last (formerly Engaged For Life)
A three-day program designed to prepare engaged couples and those considering engagement for a successful Christian marriage.

You must pass a test before you're licensed to drive, yet you can get a marriage license for just a few bucks. But a successful relationship requires more preparation than an elaborate wedding. During Prepare to Last , you'll learn about yourselves and gain deep insights into what makes for a healthy relationship and a fulfilling marriage.

All of this takes place in an adventurous, fun-filled environment featuring ropes activities, time for personal reflection as a couple, and energetic worship.

Courageous Hearts
A three-day, two-night program designed to restore communication and rekindle affection.

The pace and pressures of life place enormous strains on a marriage. Couples often find themselves just coexisting. They share the same house and split the bills, but that's about it. Courageous Hearts helps couples rebuild vital connections in their marriage through clear communication and healthy ways of resolving conflicts.

Romantic Adventure
An exciting retreat for couples who want to increase their passion and have a blast doing it!

Forget routine for a couple of days and have some fun with the one you love. From special meals in our Dining Hall to outdoor activities, the Romantic Adventure offers couples unique ways to enjoy time with each other and God, while enlarging their vision for how thrilling and fulfilling marriage can really be!

Follow Your Heart
Unstructured weekends for couples to experience whatever they wish from all that WinShape Retreat has to offer.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is rest and relax. During these self-directed weekends, you can slip away as a couple to share a private retreat. A devotional notebook containing biblical principles for marriage will be provided to help you refocus on your most important earthly relationship. Enjoy quiet walks or get away on the bikes that are provided for you during your retreat. And all the beauty and hospitality of the WinShape Retreat Center is yours to enjoy.

The Normandy Inn is a beautifully decorated bed & breakfast environment that houses eight couples, each in a private suite with at least two bedrooms. There are no phones, televisions or Internet access to distract from the purpose of the retreat. Two host couples provide special hospitality and ministry to the guests.

Couples Intensives
Couples Intensives is a four day program designed for couples in crisis who need healing and restoration.

WinShape Marriage has partnered with the National Institute of Marriage and the Center for Relational Care to provide intensive small-group sessions to find lasting solutions to serious marital struggles by exposing the real root of the problem. Emotional connections are reestablished and couples rediscover safety in their relationship with each other, leading to true intimacy and genuine healing.

Both programs run Sunday to Thursday. Some intensives are held at the Normandy Inn while others are held at WinShape Retreat. Hospitality, comfort and confidentiality make this a time of safety and healing.
