WinShape College Program
Cultivating college students who will develop disciples, create community and launch leaders to impact every generation.
In 1984, S. Truett Cathy, founder of Chick-fil-A, started the WinShape Foundation, and the WinShape College Program was born. Initially our scholarship program provided $10,000 for students to attend Berry College in Rome, GA. The original basis of the funds relied on academic achievement, leadership potential, community service, moral lifestyle and spiritual growth. Though the founding tenants haven’t changed, today we are still helping to provide scholarships of up to $32,000 toward eight semesters of tuition for eligible students to attend Berry.
Over 100 students receive scholarships and training each year.
Every student receives at least $4,000 annually in scholarships, in addition to fully funded training resources and catalytic events to places like Washington, D.C.
To date, 1018 students have participated in the WinShape College Program.
