PREP™ is a personality survey used by both individuals and businesses to unlock and discover personal leadership and career strengths. PREP™ also aids in building stronger, clearer communications, relationships, and teams.

WinShape Wilderness utilizes the PREP™ tool to provide both facilitators and group leaders with a comprehensive assessment of personalities, communication styles, and problem solving styles. This information helps us fully understand your team’s chemistry, allowing us to better customize programs that meet your needs.

 

STRENGTHS-FINDER

An assessment tool developed by the Gallup organization, StrengthsFinder helps people discover their top five talents and apply these strengths in every aspect of their lives.

WinShape Wilderness believes in the power of StrengthsFinder to change you and your team. We use the information culled from your assessments to help you understand how individual strengths play out in team performance and dynamics.
